Changes

The buyer will have a maximum period of fourteen calendar days to request the exchange of the product, from the day the customer receives it, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons.

The change must be communicated via e-mail to The Indiana Company (cambioydevoluciones@companiaindiana.com).

Only product changes that are in perfect condition are allowed.

The Indiana Company will take care of the collection of the product and undertakes to bear the shipping costs.

Changes in masks are not allowed as it is a hygienic product.

Returns

The return must be communicated via e-mail to The Indiana Company (cambioydevoluciones@companiaindiana.com).

The buyer will have a maximum period of fourteen calendar days to request the return, from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons.

Returns are only allowed for products that are in perfect condition. Returns on masks are not allowed as it is a hygienic product.

Once the product is received, we will check that the return conditions are met. If this is the case, you will receive an email with the refund information.

The Indiana Company will take care of the collection of the product and undertakes to bear the costs of collection.

Defective product

The Indiana Company will be informed in the event that the product is not in perfect condition through the email address info@companiaindiana.com.

The Indiana Company undertakes to bear the cost of the return and shipping costs and to return the product for a new one.

The Indiana Company will take care of the product collection.

Claims

Any claim may be sent to the email address info@companiaindiana.com.
